Years of dismissed symptoms. Delayed diagnoses. Treatments offered through trial and error because the system was never designed to account for your biology.
Kinora exists to change that. Your experience, your frustrations, and your ideas belong at the centre of what we build. We want to hear all of it.
Co-creation means sitting alongside our team in every decision we make, from the earliest ideas through to what goes live. Your experience carries the same weight as ours. Every part of Kinora should be useful, honest, and shaped by the women we are building it for.
Telling us your story, sharing what has been hard, what has been missing, and what genuine support would actually look like for you. Group conversations and one-to-ones with our team, where we listen first and build second. Testing features with honest feedback at every stage, so what we ship reflects what you actually need. Sessions are a few times a year, remote or in person, and always flexible around your life.
Early access to features before anyone else, a real say in what comes next, and the knowledge that you helped build something that actually works. For you, for the women around you, and for every woman who comes after. This is about shifting the standard of gender-based care, and your voice is how we get there.
We are looking for a diverse set of experiences. Different ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, health journeys, and relationships with healthcare. Women with a formal diagnosis and women who have spent years being dismissed. Women who know everything about hormones and women who are only just starting to ask questions. If you recognise yourself in any of this, we want to hear from you.
We review every application personally.
