These Terms explain the rules for using the Kinora website and current website features, including account creation, login, profile settings, waitlist sign-up, co-creator applications, contact forms, and password reset.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
Kinora is currently operated by its founders while incorporation of Kinora Health Ltd in England and Wales is in progress. Once Kinora Health Ltd is incorporated, it will assume operation of the website and we will update these Terms.
You can contact us at: support@kinora.health
You can browse parts of the website without an account. Some features, such as profile access and future logged-in services, require an account.
The community and survey areas are currently not operational while we complete privacy and data protection work. Those features may be subject to updated terms or additional notices before they are relaunched.
You may use the website only if:
We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18.
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to protect the service.
You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the security of the website.
You may choose to submit a co-creator application or contact us using the website forms. You agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
Co-creator applications may ask about hormonal or reproductive health experiences. Please only share information you are comfortable providing. The contact form is not intended for detailed health information or urgent clinical concerns.
You should consult a suitably qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping medication, contraception, hormonal treatment, or any other healthcare decision.
You agree not to:
We may use technical controls such as CAPTCHA, rate limiting, and security logs to protect the website.
Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You may request deletion of your account or personal data, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting privacy@kinora.health.
If you have a Kinora account, you can also delete it from the danger zone in your profile settings. Some limited security logs, legal records, or backup copies may remain temporarily where we are allowed or required to keep them.
We may contact you about your account, security, password reset, co-creator application, waitlist request, contact enquiry, or other service-related matters.
We will not send marketing communications unless you have opted in or we otherwise have a lawful basis to do so. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
The website content, branding, designs, code, and materials are owned by the Kinora founders and, once incorporated, Kinora Health Ltd, or used with permission.
You may not copy, redistribute, commercialise, or create derivative works from Kinora materials without written permission, except where allowed by law.
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or remove features where needed for maintenance, security, privacy, legal, or product reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinora is not responsible for medical decisions, clinical outcomes, or reliance on website content as a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide a clear notice where appropriate. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless consumer protection laws give you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
